Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Transport Assistant at Aardee Builders located in Madurai. As Transport assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks to support the Purchase and Transport Operations of the company. This includes maintaining Vehicle Details and Co-ordinate with Drivers , Follow Up for invoices and payments, and Inventory Management. You will work closely with the Execution Team to ensure accurate and timely Work Completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

> Pre planning of Site Requirements

> Purchasing Products according to Site Requirement within the budget.

> Getting 3 competitive quotation & Prepare Comparison Chart

> if there is any Price Difference Escalate it to the Team Head and Management.

> Vehicle Maintanence

> Preparing Purchase Order for vendors

> Organize the material to be in the required location on Time.

> Preparing Vouchers with the concern Head Approval and Signature.

> Collecting the Bills and Handover to Accounts Dept with all necessary approvals and vouchers.

> Follow up and Settling of Payments to all concern People.

> Eway Bill Followup for all the Material in Godown.

> Rental Material GST Bill Followup

> Goods Transfer Challan Preparation

> Delivery Vouchers and all necessary document Preparation.

> Maintenance of all the Materials in the godown.

> Maintenance of all the Equipments/Spares in the Godown

> Maintain Log Book for Rental materials.

> Maintain Log Book for Materials

> Maintain Log Book for Equipment/Spares

> Machinery Service Maintenance

> Maintain Complete data of our Vendors.

> Stock Maintenance of all Material and Assets in System.

> Weekly Godown Visit for Complete Stock Verification

> Preparing Company machineries Data

> Preparing transportation trip Sheet

> Building Relationship with Vendors.

> Follow up the Supply Chain for a Timely Delivery of Materials.

Qualification : Any Bachelors Degree

Gender : Male

Pay Scale : Rs 10000/- to Rs 12000/-

Mandatory : Bike(Must)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
