Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer Civil at Aahash Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing on-site operations at our project location in Madura Coats Ambasamudhram Plant. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day site activities - Coordinating labor and arranging construction materials - Guiding and supervising labor teams professionally - Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards - Managing timelines and reporting progress - Handling all aspects of site operations with discipline and leadership To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil site engineering - Background in standard or reputed construction companies preferred - Strong understanding of construction methods and civil engineering principles - Proficiency in handling on-site execution and managing construction teams - Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills You must be able to commute daily to the Madura Coats Ambasamudhram Plant, work full-time on-site, and have the ability to independently handle site responsibilities. Additionally, you should possess excellent time management skills, the capability to arrange labor and materials, coordinate all site-level work, and meet project deadlines.
