Job Description

Site Coordinator Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Site Coordinator to manage and oversee activities at various customer sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with clients, and overseeing on-site tasks. Key Responsibilities: Regularly visit customer sites to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates and resolving concerns. Coordinate and schedule on-site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Monitor site operations for compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Prepare and submit site visit reports, detailing progress, challenges, and proposed solutions. Manage resources allocated to the site, including personnel and materials, as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role. Ability to travel frequently to various customer sites. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relationship management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Working Hours & Salary: Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume.
