Site Civil Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Construction Management: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. 2. Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project execution. Oversee subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project requirements and quality expectations. Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum. 3. Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure construction work meets required quality standards. Implement quality control procedures to uphold high construction standards. 4. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct safety audits and address any safety concerns or violations immediately. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports and inspection results. Prepare and submit regular status reports on project progress, issues, and any deviations from the plan. 6. Resource Management: Manage the use of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient and effective use. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment. 7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical or construction-related problems on-site. Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and meet project milestones.
