Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for real estate projects. Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. Perform inspections of building materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to ensure they meet specifications. Identify defects or deviations from design intent and recommend solutions.
