As an Assistant Director at EY Global Delivery Services, you will be responsible for organizing a team schedule for taking calls/chats from client servers to ensure engagement teams are properly prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring engagement teams are properly prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective - Explaining downstream impacts of different user choices required in SAP - Providing instruction and guidance on the preparation of external client project completion estimate processes and corresponding financial impacts - Advising and screen sharing to show users how to perform various actions in SAP You will also be expected to use strong analytical skills to determine individuals/teams in need of proactive outreach to improve financial performance and build strong relationships with regional service line finance teams. Additionally, you will guide the team on how to best leverage system and finance expertise in order to prepare for discussions and provide coaching and guidance to the Internal Business Advisor team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Fluent and effective English speaker (C2 level) - Minimum 6 years of experience working in a corporate organization, preferably in finance/business/customer service area with supervisory role experience - Excellent listening skills and ability to provide focused advice - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines - Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels - Strong knowledge of financial metrics and dependencies If you have experience coaching more junior team members through shadowing, answering questions, and providing advice, this role at EY is perfect for you.
