Simulation Facilitator

As a Simulation Facilitator at MediSim VR, you will be a valuable member of our purpose-driven and innovative team in Delhi, India. With a background in Bsc nursing with a minimum of 3 years of clinical and teaching experience or Msc nursing with at least 2 years of clinical or teaching experience, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality immersive learning experiences for healthcare professionals using Virtual Reality (VR) simulation. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders from educational institutions to coordinate and facilitate student participation in training sessions. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly through effective collaboration with the internal team. Maintaining subject matter expertise, you will provide expert guidance and answer client-specific queries while working collaboratively with various departments to ensure a cohesive client and learner experience. As a Simulation Facilitator, you are expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively, and proficiency in coordinating and managing simulation training sessions.
