Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple Agile teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing MEAN stack applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Oversee all phases of software delivery, including planning, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in coding standards, architecture design, and cloud-native development.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor delivery timelines, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved delivery efficiency.
  

Experience

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 8+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years as an Architect or Lead Architect.
  

MongoDB

MEAN Stack Expertise :

• Advanced knowledge of schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and scaling.
  

Express.js / Nodejs

• Proven ability to design and build highly scalable, asynchronous, and event-driven backend :
• Expert-level proficiency in building complex, stateful Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  

System Design

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, design patterns, and cloud-native best practices.
  

Cloud Platforms

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  

Containerization & CI/CD

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g , Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure :
• Expertise in NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases, including optimization, data modeling, and migration strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end software delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment
