Solution Consultant (Business Analyst)

As a member of our team, your role involves determining the requirements of our clients and effectively converting them into business requirements. You will play a crucial part in converting these business requirements into software requirements specifications (SRS), serving as a vital document for our developers and testers to refer to. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Preparing API documents. - Collaborating with the technical team, business team, and client Points of Contact (POCs) to enhance the usability of our products, making them more user-friendly and intuitive. - Creating user guides for our products. - Generating application content, email content, SMS content, and other related materials. - Ensuring content standardization across all our products. - Collecting usability feedback from clients, designers, Quality Assurance (QA) team, and various other departments. - Revising and updating documents as per new requirements, changes, or emerging issues. - Understanding customer requirements to provide valuable solutions through our products. - Supporting the sales team in upselling efforts through strong collaboration. - Working towards minimizing service requests from clients to less than 20%. - Conducting detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and effective solutions. - Defining business requirements and effectively communicating them back to stakeholders.
