Signage Technician

AXO Media is the fastest-growing Print, Advertising, and Branding company in Trivandrum. Customized Mementos, Flex Printing, Signages, Designing, Advertising on Hoardings and LED Walls, etc., are the some of our activities. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Technician to fabricate, install, maintain, and repair a wide range of indoor and outdoor advertising signage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, a strong understanding of branding standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install various types of signage, including flex boards, LED signs, ACP panels, vinyl graphics, glow signs, hoardings, and wayfinding systems
• Read and interpret design drawings, measurements, and installation specifications
• Perform electrical wiring and LED module installation for illuminated signage
• Ensure proper mounting, alignment, and finishing of signs at client sites
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of existing signage
• Operate tools and equipment such as drills, cutters, ladders, lifts, and power tools safely
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, and project managers for timely execution
• Follow safety standards, site regulations, and company quality guidelines
• Maintain tools, materials, and inventory records
• Travel to client locations as required for installations and service calls

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Signage-related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in signage fabrication or installation (advertising industry preferred)
• Knowledge of LED lighting, basic electrical work, and signage materials (ACP, acrylic, vinyl, flex)
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
• Good measurement, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of branding and visual presentation
• Valid driving license (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours or night shifts when required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
