Job Description

About the Role:

Sign Language Interpreter

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time
Indian Sign Language (ISL)
interpretation for warehouse team meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions.
Facilitate smooth communication between deaf employees and hearing colleagues/supervisors.
Support in onboarding and orientation for new PWD employees.
Translate work instructions, safety protocols, and operational procedures into sign language.
Assist HR and training teams in delivering accessible communication for performance reviews, grievance redressals, and daily work updates.
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in all interpretations.
Observe and report any communication-related barriers and suggest improvements for inclusivity.
