Key Responsibilities
- experiences through all phases of testing for Siebel CRM upgrades, enhancements, and support releases.
- good experience in defining and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA tool.
- Ensure timely execution of test cycles and reporting of test metrics.
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, ensuring skill development and performance.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Generate QA Metrics, Test Summary Report and reports.
- Engage stake holders at every stage of testing.
Good To Have
- Ability to create and maintain the Automation framework in an Agile development environment
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in **Siebel CRM testing**.
- Strong understanding of Siebel modules, workflows, and UI components.
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Exposure to Siebel Open UI testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
