Siebel Architect

As an experienced consulting professional, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in providing functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Your role will involve acting as the team lead on projects, consulting effectively with customer management, participating in business development activities, and developing detailed solutions for projects within the Oracle product/technology family. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise to provide functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements - Potentially act as the team lead on projects - Consult effectively with management of customer organizations - Participate in business development activities - Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects - Define technical requirements - Ensure application structure and technical architecture align with business objectives - Provide solution designing and effort estimates - Offer technical leadership on CRM engagement and presales - Demonstrate in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in Siebel Installs, Upgrades & Migration on the latest Siebel versions - Own Siebel CRM architecture - Define and design DR architecture setup - Review technical documentation for compliance - Engage in Proof-of-Concepts, trainings, and demos - Perform performance tuning of Siebel CRM - Be ready to work in 24x7 shifts - Be ready to travel - Have exposure to Cloud-Migration Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of relevant experience including consulting experience - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus - Effective communication skills - Ability to build rapport with team members and clients - Willingness to travel as needed Additional Company Details: - Preferred skills include OCI Certification Foundation / Architect / Professional - Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally,
