Role Overview: As a candidate with 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience and 5+ years of CRM Design expertise in Telecom, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining Siebel CRM applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into best designs, and working directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and run/maintain projects. Additionally, you will be expected to work in multiple technologies, upskill regularly, coordinate escalated support cases, and lead problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, helping develop, and helping maintain Siebel CRM applications - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Translating the business requirements to best design while considering design principles - Working directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and run/maintain projects - Working in multiple technologies and upskilling regularly - Coordinating escalated support cases and leading problem resolution Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience - 5+ years of CRM Design expertise in Telecom - Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into system designs - Good knowledge of Siebel system architecture and Telecom domain - Hands-on experience in Siebel technical areas such as Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order Management workflow, RTEs, Open UI, etc. - Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework) - Excellent communication and presentation skills If you meet the specified skill set and experience requirements, possess strong communication and presentation abilities, and are adept at working in Siebel CRM applications within the Telecom domain, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.,
