Great experience. On time boarding and on time reach the destination for me atleast when I traveled solo and with family. I traveled with them for Madarmoni trip and Darjeeling, Gangtok trip which drop point was Siliguri. Old Syamoli Buses are more comfortable than new one. otherwise everything is ok.
