Position: Shuttering Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shuttering Foreman to join our team at Meher Foundations & Civil Engineers Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating shuttering work at construction sites, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all shuttering activities on construction sites.

· Ensure shuttering work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and project specifications.

· Manage teams of carpenters and workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

· Inspect formwork, scaffolding, and shuttering materials for proper use and safety compliance.

· Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively to meet project schedules.

· Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of work.

· Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and daily activities.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote safe work practices at site.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of shuttering, formwork, and scaffolding in construction projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred).

· Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in shuttering and formwork (Aluminium/Mivan) supervision.

Salary Range:depending on experience and skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
