Job Title: Sales Staff Location: Rishikesh, Mayakund Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹13,000 (Based on knowledge and experience) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our team at a leading kidswear and baby products store in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, good communication skills, and a helpful attitude to assist customers in selecting the right products. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Handle billing and assist with basic cashier duties when needed Replenish stock and manage inventory levels Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and efficiently Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Growth Opportunities: Performance-based incentives and opportunities for internal promotions available.
