Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all showroom products and promotions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the showroom.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and process sales invoices, quotations, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail/showroom sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and confident personality.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
