Principal Accountabilities:
· Greet and welcome customers to the showroom.
· Assist customers in selecting ceramic products such as tiles, sanitaryware, and accessories.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
· Provide product information, prices, and availability.
· Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
· Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the manager when needed.
· Process sales transactions and prepare bills/invoices (if required).
· Follow up with customers on quotations or orders.
· Maintain knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Girl to join our ceramics showroom team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
