Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and current trends. Sales Transactions: Processing sales accurately, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Showroom Management: Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing display of jewellery, ensuring proper safety measures. Marketing Support: Assisting the marketing team with potential customer visits and exhibitions. Stock Management: Managing opening and closing stock records. Identifying and Referrals: Identifying potential customers and referring them to the store. Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving sales targets. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. Product Demonstration: Showcasing jewellery and explaining its features to customers. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales.
