Job Description

engaging with customers in a retail setting, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Greeting and engaging customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Providing product information and demonstrating features and benefits.
  • Recommending suitable products based on customer requirements.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Sales and Transactions:
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately.
  • Managing cash and credit sales.
  • Assisting with payment processing and related paperwork.
  • Product Knowledge and Showroom Management:
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Keeping the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Managing inventory and performing stock checks.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Compiling sales reports and providing feedback to management.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve showroom goals.
  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field being an advantage.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical product information.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
