Job Title: Sales Associate (Home Decor and Furnishing) Location: Bangalore, India Description: Join our vibrant team at a leading home decor and furnishing store chain in Bangalore! We are seeking a dynamic individual with 1-2 years of experience, regardless of gender, who possesses excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge. • Execute sales transactions efficiently and accurately. • Assist in day-to-day operations including inventory management and store upkeep. • Maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business. Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales. • Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work weekends with a weekday off. • Flexible to work within store hours from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
