Showroom Sales Associate

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to meet and greet customers, assist them throughout their shopping journey, and share product features and benefits. You will also be responsible for explaining services, building trust and loyalty, and resolving any customer queries both before and after the sale. Ensuring timely product delivery and receiving feedback from customers will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and greet customers - Assist customers throughout the shopping journey - Share product features and benefits - Explain services and build trust and loyalty - Resolve customer queries pre and post-sale - Ensure timely product delivery - Receive feedback from customers on services and products Inventory Management: - Conduct daily quick counts - Receive bulk shipments, conduct physical counts, and mark received items in the system daily - Perform daily replenishment to fill display gaps - Check for bad inventory/damaged products and keep them in designated places - Ensure daily handover and receiving of products from the app - Highlight any inventory mismatches or discrepancies to the Store Manager Operational Process: - Follow VM guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store - Update all SOPs files daily - Reconcile daily cash and card sales Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
