Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery showroom. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates. Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain inventory control, display standards, and proper stock arrangement. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth resolution. Train staff on product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques. Monitor and ensure proper billing, returns, and exchange processes. Ensure security and safety protocols are followed at all times. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Build relationships with premium customers and walk-in clients.
