Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, handling customer relations, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
The Team Leader will supervise the daily activities of the sales team and ensure monthly targets are met. Responsibilities include motivating the team, tracking enquiries, converting leads, handling customer interactions, coordinating with back-end teams for billing and registration, and reporting daily performance to the Sales Manager. The Team Leader should maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure proper explanation of product features, benefits, and test rides. He or she will also support showroom events, promotions, and local marketing activities.
