Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To drive showroom sales by providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and offering suitable tile and design solutions. The role involves managing walk-in customers, maintaining showroom displays, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and preferences.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and design options to customers.
Prepare and share product quotations, coordinate for approvals, and follow up for order closure.
Coordinate with back-office and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation follow-ups.
Maintain product display areas ensuring cleanliness, labeling, and proper arrangement of tiles and accessories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales service coordination.
Maintain daily sales records and share reports with the Showroom Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
14 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, ceramics, or building materials industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product presentation and negotiation skills.
Good command over local language, Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Personal Attributes:
Smart, presentable, customer-oriented, and result-driven.
