Role & responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tile designs and concepts Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers Coordinate with the sales and design team for customized solutions Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom and product displays Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and feedback Keep records of customer visits and maintain client database Support showroom events and architect/builder meet-ups as needed Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude and a pleasing personality Basic knowledge of interior design trends and tile products (training will be provided Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp-based coordination Fluency in English and local language
