Our showrooms are a destination for discerning clients who value elegance, craftsmanship, and personalized service. We are looking for a confident, polished, and dynamic Luxury Sales Executive to join our retail team at our Goregaon and Andheri locations. This role requires someone who is not only experienced in sales but also passionate about framing. You will be the face of FrameBazaar, guiding clients through their journey with expert advice, style recommendations, and a memorable service experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet walk-in clients warmly and professionally; understand their preferences and needs - Provide expert guidance on frame styles, materials, layout options, and dcor pairings - Build trust and rapport with high-end clientele through confident communication and tasteful presentation - Maintain visual merchandising standards and the luxurious ambiance of the showroom - Keep up-to-date knowledge of new arrivals, frame designs, and trends in home dcor - Coordinate with in-house designers and framers to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded - Coordinate with the back-end team for custom framing orders and timely delivery - Maintain customer database and share regular updates/follow-ups Requirements: - Prior experience in luxury retail, interiors, fashion, or design-related sales preferred - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality - Customer-focused with a passion for creating beautiful spaces - Ability to work weekends and showroom hours - Knowledge of framing or dcor is a big advantage (training will be provided if needed) What We Offer: - A premium work environment with sophisticated clientele - Opportunity to grow in a niche luxury segment - Training on framing aesthetics, product knowledge, and client servicing Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
