Shopper Marketing Associate

As a Shopper Marketing Associate focusing on Listing & Organic Visibility, you will play a key role in creating and managing product listings across various e-commerce and retail platforms. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to gather data and creative assets, optimizing listings for organic search visibility through keyword mining and SEO best practices, monitoring performance, and supporting the Shopper Marketing team in content rollout. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, a basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools, attention to detail for managing listings and content accuracy, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools, as well as good communication skills for cross-team collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related functions, is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include timely and accurate listing deployments, improvement in organic visibility and keyword rankings, and effective coordination and communication with internal teams.
