Shopify Website Manager / Backend Executive / E-commerce Website Manager

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage the backend of our Shopify website. The role involves handling daily website operations, updating products, managing collections, optimizing listings, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth website performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage Shopify website backend Upload & update product listings and collections Monitor website performance & ensure uptime Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and SEO Handle orders, returns, and customer queries Coordinate with marketing & design teams Basic knowledge of Shopify apps & integrations Manage offers and banners on the website Generate basic reports on website sales & traffic Required Skills: Prior experience with Shopify backend Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce Familiarity with product image uploading and optimization Good understanding of website navigation and UI/UX Basic knowledge of tools like Canva / Photoshop is a plus Good communication skills
