Shopify Senior Developer

You will be part of a rapidly growing Shopify practice at Tryzens Limited, contributing to shaping and delivering successful outcomes for clients. Operating throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to development, testing, training, and post-implementation support, your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Your core responsibilities will include developing client solutions, estimating business requirements, planning and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with technical and functional specifications, adapting technical requirements into Shopify, and effectively communicating with client businesses to understand and meet their expectations. Additionally, you will engage in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Shopify and associated software applications. Managing the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions, providing hands-on support in development, design, independent analysis, and problem resolution, as well as handling Shopify setup, configuration, customization, data migration, and deployment of applications are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will offer guidance to clients and developers on technology, processes, and applications, while proactively supporting team members and fostering a positive working environment. To excel in this role, you must maintain certification in Shopify and possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent. A team player with excellent collaboration skills and a can-do attitude, you should be self-driven, eager to learn, and stay updated with the latest in Shopify. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to produce easily maintainable code, and a proven track record in software development environments are essential. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project is advantageous, along with 3 to 5 years of IT experience. Specifically, a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing on Shopify, including a good understanding of its functionalities, features, and third-party apps and integrations, is required. Proficiency in liquid template language, customizing Shopify themes, and knowledge of technologies like NodeJS or PHP frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Jquery, REST API, webhooks, and Meta fields within Shopify is crucial. Desirable experience and knowledge in technologies such as Vue.js, React.js, and Ruby language (Ruby on Rails framework) for creating embedded apps or scheduler jobs, as well as familiarity with other ecommerce platforms like Magento and BigCommerce, will be advantageous for this role.,
