As an experienced eCommerce Manager, your role will involve managing Shopify and Daraz platforms efficiently to drive performance and boost ROI. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Shopify Management: - Listing products with comprehensive data, images, descriptions, and SEO tags. - Utilizing Shopify metafields for structured product information and custom content. - Implementing and overseeing Shopify Flow for store automation. - Enhancing Shopify site structure for optimal navigation and user experience. - Managing Shopify tagging for advanced content and customer segmentation. - Executing email marketing campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo/Mailchimp integrated with Shopify. - Analyzing and enhancing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies through A/B testing, heatmaps, and checkout funnel improvements. - Monitoring and enhancing customer retention through loyalty programs, post-purchase flows, and re-engagement strategies. - Daraz Platform Management: - Managing the Daraz seller center end-to-end, including product listings, keyword optimization, and promotions. - Collaborating with Daraz account managers to improve visibility and performance. - Analyzing campaign performance and sales metrics to adjust strategies and increase ROI. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in managing and optimizing Shopify and Daraz platforms effectively. - Proficiency in Shopify backend operations, including metafields, tags, flows, and theme customization. - Hands-on experience in email marketing, conversion optimization, and retention strategies. - Familiarity with Shopify apps such as Klaviyo, Judge.me, Loox, ReConvert, etc. - Data-driven mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
