You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations from origin to delivery. This includes collaborating with vendors, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. You will manage inventory levels and warehouse operations using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or WMS. Additionally, you will schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments, resolving any issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or customs documentation. It will be your duty to maintain accurate logs and records of shipments and inventory while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. You will also analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, preparing and presenting logistics reports to management. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain. Proficiency in logistics software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping would be beneficial if applicable.
