Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing customer service support, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. The specialist will also handle the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce activities, ensuring seamless online shopping experiences for our customers.

• Skills in E-Commerce and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform business decisions
• Excellent Customer Service skills to support and assist customers effectively
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

• Experience or coursework in e-commerce, business, or relevant field is a plus
