Shopify Developer

As a Shopify Developer with 3-4 years of experience, your main responsibilities will involve Shopify theme customization, Shopify app management & integration, basic front-end development, and Shopify store management. In terms of Shopify Theme Customization, you will be expected to modify and customize existing Shopify themes using the Shopify Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript. This includes implementing design changes and updates to enhance the store's aesthetics and user interface. It will be crucial to ensure that the themes are responsive and function seamlessly across various devices. Additionally, troubleshooting theme-related issues and implementing fixes will be part of your regular tasks. Staying updated on the latest Shopify theme features and best practices is also essential. Your role will also include Shopify App Management & Integration where you will research, install, and configure Shopify apps to improve store functionality in areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, and shipping. Integrating third-party services and platforms with the Shopify store using available apps or custom solutions will be necessary. Managing and maintaining installed apps to ensure they are functioning correctly and up-to-date, as well as troubleshooting issues related to app integrations, will be part of your responsibilities. Basic Front-End Development tasks will involve implementing minor front-end code changes to customize the store's appearance and functionality beyond standard theme settings. You may need to collaborate with designers or developers on more complex customizations. In terms of Shopify Store Management, you will assist with the daily management and maintenance of Shopify stores. This includes updating product listings with descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details, managing and processing orders for accurate shipping and fulfillment, monitoring store performance to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring the store's visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of WordPress/Core PHP, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design, experience with Shopify apps and integrations, a basic understanding of SEO principles, experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, experience with social media marketing, and basic data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics.,
