Shopify Developer-1+ year

Digital Whopper is looking for a skilled and passionate Shopify Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify theme development, customization, and app integration. This is a strictly office-based role, suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes
• Work on Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic jQuery
• Customize existing themes as per business requirements
• Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs
• Optimize Shopify websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, UI issues, and functional errors
• Collaborate with designers, SEO, and marketing teams
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
• Maintain code quality and follow best development practices

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Shopify development
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and app integration
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom Shopify apps (plus)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify stores
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms and payment gateways
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
