Memories is a leading name in landscaping, stone artistry, and outdoor living solutions. We specialize in unique stone works, landscaping designs, and premium garden/yard concepts. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Girl to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the shop/showroom with professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and explain product features, benefits, and pricing (stones, laterite, landscaping materials, garden products, etc.).
• Provide product samples, catalogs, or references to customers.
• Handle sales inquiries from calls, messages, and social media.
• Maintain attractive product display in the shop to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare quotations, bills, and assist in order processing.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and pending payments.
• Maintain daily sales records and report to management.
• Support in marketing activities, promotions, and seasonal offers (e.g., Onam, Christmas promotions).

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred (especially in building materials, landscaping, or related fields).
• Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an advantage).
• Pleasant personality, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of billing, computer usage, and social media handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
