Job Description

The Shop Assistant will support daily store operations by assisting customers, handling merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
Provide information about products, prices, and offers.
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments.
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
Report low stock, damages, or discrepancies to the store supervisor/manager.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely.
Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
