Shooting Coach - (Female)

We are looking for a qualified Shooting Coach to train and guide students in rifle and pistol shooting disciplines. The coach will oversee practice sessions, develop training programs, and prepare students for school competitions, district/state/national/CBSE/SGFI/IPSC tournaments, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement structured training programs in rifle and pistol shooting.

Train students in technical skills, precision, posture, focus, and safety protocols.

Prepare students for inter-school, state, national, and international level competitions etc.

Supervise daily practice sessions at the schools shooting range.

Ensure proper maintenance and safety of all shooting equipment and facilities.

Provide individual guidance and mentoring to the students.

Collaborate with the sports department for events, competitions, and inter-house activities.

Take part in overall residential school responsibilities, including pastoral care and student engagement beyond sports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification from National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) or any recognized shooting federation is preferred.

Proven experience as a Shooting Coach at school/academy/club level.

Strong track record of students/athletes trained under you performing at competitive levels.

In-depth knowledge of shooting techniques, safety measures, and competition formats.

Excellent leadership, motivational, and mentoring skills.

Ability to work in a residential school setup and contribute to student life on campus.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
