We are hiring for a reputed and dynamic shipping agency seeking experienced professionals for the roles ofHusbandry Agent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Ships Agency Service Agreement (SASA) Account Sales on service performance for husbandry port calls.
Lead and develop the team through performance evaluations, regular feedback, direction, and coaching.
Ensure optimal resource allocation, compliance with processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with Husbandry Agency SOPs and Supplier Governance

Qualifications
