Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Officer located in Ludhiana. The Shift Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, managing workflow, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of production activities, troubleshooting issues that arise during shifts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and overseeing shift operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate with team members effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and maintaining production records
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving during production
• Familiarity with safety and operational compliance protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the textile industry is a plus
