We are looking for General Shift Supervisors to join our Assembly Department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the security seal assembly line Supervise and coordinate assembly workers to ensure efficiency and quality

· Maintain shift schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets

· Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies on the shop floor

· Provide training and guidance to workers as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
