Job Description

*Shift Incharge PPC* *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Shift Incharge PPC to oversee production planning and control activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring production schedules, managing raw material procurement, and ensuring maximum utilization of resources. *Key Responsibilities:* - Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands - Plan and manage procurement of raw materials - Coordinate with marketing and sales department for product dispatch - Ensure maximum utilization of resources and minimize manufacturing cycle time - Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels at various production stages - Integrate maintenance schedules with production plans - Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement - Act as custodian for production system data - Ensure coordination between processes, workforce, and departments - Maintain various reports and records as per process and regulations - Uphold management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety standards. *Requirements:* - Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles - Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Ideal Candidate:* - Results-driven and detail-oriented individual with strong planning and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
