Job Role : Fettling Shift Supervisor

Job Type : Manufacturing

Work Location : Coimbatore

Qualification : 10th, 12th, & Any Degree

Language Known: Tamil, English & Hindi (Spoken Only)

Experience : 1 to 3 Years (Most Preferred in Foundry Side)

Gender : Male Only

Age Limit : Upto 35 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Overseeing the fettling process, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety standards.
• Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the fettling department.
• Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of fettling work and ensuring that finished products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for fettling workers.
• Communication: Serving as a liaison between the fettling department and other departments within the organization, as well as external stakeholders as needed.
• Reporting: Generating reports on fettling activities, including production output, quality metrics, and any issues or concerns that arise, and communicating them to higher management as necessary.
