Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification:

• BE/Diploma in Production or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Preference for candidates from the precision fabrication industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production floor
• Monitor and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) using industry-standard software
• Conduct quality checks during packaging and delivery processes
• Maintain strict process controls to ensure adherence to product quality standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in a sheet metal or precision fabrication environment
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
