Shift Supervisor

Education Qualification: - Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management (highly desirable) - Any graduation (must) Experience: - Total Experience: 4 years - 6 years - As a shift Supervisor: 6 months - 1 year (desirable) Other skills required: - People management - Team Management - Customer Handling - Customer Service - Good communication skills in English and Hindi Job Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to: 1. Managing the operations of the shift to ensure floor discipline and smooth operations. 2. Ensuring the best customer service and experience by the team. 3. Handling the team to ensure customers receive standardized service and food. 4. Responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the availability of products to carry out smooth operations. 5. Preparing and generating standardized reports as and when required. 6. Ensuring proper management and handover of cash during the shift.
