Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Sr. Assistant Guest Delight Manager (QSR)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve escalated queries.
Monitor service speed, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.
Supervise staff and support training and development.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Assist in inventory checks, shift planning, and daily operations.

Requirements:

Experience in QSR/restaurant industry (preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage shifts.

25 years in QSR/Restaurant
Skills:
Strong customer-handling skills, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Leadership:
Experience in supervising teams and managing shifts.
Personality:
Customer-focused, energetic, and able to handle fast-paced environments.
Knowledge:
Familiar with food safety, hygiene standards, and basic store operations.
Availability:
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
