Job Description

Age limit:20 to 30.
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise employees, delegate tasks based on skills, provide training and guidance, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues.
Operational Oversight: Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of the business during the shift, maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.
Scheduling: Develop and adjust work schedules for team members to meet operational needs.
Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Financial Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, balance cash drawers, and prepare deposits.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that necessary supplies are available.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and health and safety standards.
Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to quickly address any operational challenges or issues that arise.
