Job Description

Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the data center during assigned shifts
Lead a team of data center technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure operational excellence
Ensure high availability and uptime of IT systems, servers, and critical infrastructure
Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages
Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution
Oversee physical security, access control, and compliance with data center protocols
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams for maintenance and support
Maintain shift logs, incident records, and performance reports
Drive adherence to SLAs, SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
Participate in audits, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing
Train new team members and ensure skill development across the team
