Shift inspection

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out in-process and final inspection of machined components during the shift
• Verify components as per drawing, control plan, and quality standards
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
• Monitor first-off, in-process, and last-off parts
• Record inspection results and maintain inspection reports / check sheets
• Identify non-conforming parts and inform production & quality team immediately
• Ensure adherence to ISO / IATF quality standards (if applicable)
• Support shift handover with proper inspection status
• Maintain calibration status and proper handling of measuring instruments
• Coordinate with production to reduce rejections and improve quality
